You will work closely with Account Executives to ensure flawless execution of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including radio, digital, social, podcast, and streaming and more.You will play a key role in supporting strategic planning, media proposals, and account management to help deliver and drive new business growth.Audacy offers full time employees with a comprehensive benefits package to include: health care coordinator, medical, dental, vision, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, health savings account, disability, life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident insurance, paid time off (sick, vacation, personal, parental, volunteer), 401(k) retirement plan, discounted employee stock purchase, student loan payment assistance program, legal assistance, life assistance program, identity theft protection, discounted home and auto insurance, and pet insurance.Key Responsibilities:SalesSupport & Campaign Execution:Research target companies, industry news, and business trends to uncover insights that supportsalesoutreach.Developvalue-based research(VBR) points that align with prospect needs and position our solutions effectively.Assist Account Executives in preparing proposals and building strategic media plansTrack emerging industry themes and competitor activity to keep thesalesteam apprised of market developments.Maintain organized research notes within Salesforce/CRM to ensure insights are actionable and easily accessible.Client Communication & Relationship Management:Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure campaign objectives and timelines are met.Help manage day-to-day communication and support requests from clients and internal departments such as marketing, and brand managers.Coordinate with the Traffic Department on creative assets, instructions, and troubleshooting.Administrative & Reporting Tasks:Create and updatesalespresentations, media kits, and one-sheets.Consolidate and analyze campaign data to support strategic recommendations and reporting.Maintain organized research notes within Salesforce/CRM to ensure insights are actionable and easily accessible.Team Collaboration & Learning:Participate insalesmeetings, trainings, and client events as needed.Stay up to date on new media products including podcasting, streaming, OTT, email, SEO/SEM, and social advertising.Proactively identify opportunities to enhance processes and client offerings.Desired Skills & Qualifications:Required:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.1-3 years of experience in media, advertising, marketing, orsalessupport.Familiarity with paid social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) and digital marketing best practices.Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to translate business news and trends into meaningfulsalesinsights.Self-starter with curiosity about industries, companies, and market drivers.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Preferred:Experience with campaign management or ad operations tools (e.g., Wide Orbit, Salesforce).Radio or audio industry background a bonus.Please be aware that Audacy willneverask you to send money at any point during the hiring process.
