Join our team as a Liability Adjuster, where you'll play a crucial role in managing Commercial General Liability (CGL) and Business Owners Policy (BOP) claims with precision and expertise.Key Responsibilities:Investigate, evaluate, and resolve CGL and BOP claimsManage claims involving active litigation, working closely with legal counsel and external stakeholders.Analyze policy coverage, determine liability, and negotiate settlements.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.Communicate effectively with insureds, claimants, attorneys, and internal teams.Prior experience adjusting liability claims with a proven track record in litigation, specifically involving Commercial General Liability and Business Owners Policy.Juris Doctor (JD) degree preferred or bachelor's degree with prior experience adjusting liability claims and a proven track record in litigation.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and computer skills.Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
