USD $21.50/Hr.USD $21.50/Hr.Why We Need Your Talents:The Lead Operator is accountable to ensure the security and safety of our customers & team members as well as protecting casino assets via CCTV. The Lead Operator will assist in the development of newly hired Operators.Where You'll Make an Impact:Observe all activities of guest and team members on the casino floor, cage, count rooms and other areas for criminal activities and/or violation of the state lottery and gaming commission regulations as well as company policies and procedures.Operate monitor room equipment.Complete proper documentation as needed.Assist in the training and evaluation of Surveillance Operators.Other duties as assigned.Skills to Help You Succeed:Knowledge of computers and CCTV equipment.Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.Excellent customer service skills.Must-Haves:A high school diploma or GED equivalent.Minimum of one (1) year experience in casino surveillance.
