For more information, please visit our webpage at www.midwesteyecenters.com.As a Clinical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, leading a team of healthcare professionals, and maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.Provide leadership and supervision to clinical staff, including nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionalsEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies to maintain the highest standards of patient careMonitor and evaluate the quality of patient care services and implement improvements as necessaryRecruit, train, and mentor clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and patient-centered cultureConduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to team membersCreate staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage to meet patient needsEnsure efficient patient flow and optimize resources to minimize wait times and maximize patient satisfactionAddress patient concerns and resolve issues in a timely and compassionate mannerImplement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomesCollect and analyze data to track clinical performance metrics and identify areas for improvementParticipate in regulatory and accreditation compliance activitiesStay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare managementProvide training and professional development opportunities for clinical staffFoster a culture of continuous learning and improvementCertified Ophthalmic Technician (COT) is preferredMust have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the management of a large technician team in an ophthalmology practiceProven clinical leadership experience in a healthcare settingStrong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesProficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systemsDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentMust be willing to travel to other offices to meet the demands of the positionIn Turn We Will Provide:Benefits to full time team members that include comprehensive medical, dental and optical coverage, 401K and short and long term disabilityCompany paid life insurancePaid holidays and generous paid time offPaid parking where applicableTeam oriented working environment where you are heard and respectedClear career ladder opportunitiesOffered pay range $23.65/Hr-$29.57/Hr.#ESP2
