We are committed to building a best-in-class organization by empowering top talent with the resources, autonomy, and support needed to deliver results and advance their careers in a high-performance environment.As the Manager of Cortland Front Door, you are responsible for the total service delivery for multiple apartment communities while providing direction and oversight for multiple supervisors and service associates within an assigned state.The Servant Leader Provide on-call support to Service Managers, Technicians, Community Managers, and community teams within your designated territoryRecruit, hire, and onboard Service Managers and Service TechniciansEnsure daily/nightly completion of resident doorstep trash and recycle pickup and bulk waste for assigned communitiesMake informed decisions with consideration to resident and community impact, ensuring maximum quality of service for Cortland residents and community teamsElevate responsiveness to Community Managers and Service ManagersAssist in management or service roles if or when needed to ensure limited-service disruptionThe Waste ExpertInspect properties regularly for resident and service team complianceCreate and manage schedule for service team Manage a labor budget depending on number of assigned communitiesApprove time sheets and ensure communities are serviced as scheduledKeep inventory of supplies and manage proper usage to service teamComply with, promote, and train on all safety policies and procedures and report all safety incidents in a thorough and timely mannerEnsure daily delivery of company reports to designated community teams and Director of Cortland Front DoorKeep timely and accurate community, associate, and operational recordsFacilitate and lead new community launches, including container distributionsDrive to inventory warehouse when needed for supplies (personal protective equipment, containers, waste stations, or other supplies)The People Person Create and maintain cooperative working relationships and frequent communication with community teams through daily site visits and immediate response to questions and concernsPromote a service first approach with excellent resident communication and professionalismCollaborate with internal customer service associates, Finance, Talent, Marketing, Operations, and ITDiscuss associate’s development needs and subsequently facilitate appropriate support, coaching, and/or training opportunitiesThe Impact You Can MakeWaste Technicians feel confident they can meet the goals you set because your thorough research has ensured such accuracy in your projections.
