Description We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager to join our team in Plano/Frisco, Texas. In this role, you will oversee assurance engagements, mentor audit staff, and ensure the quality and timeliness of audit deliverables. Responsibilities: u2022 Supervise and manage assurance engagements, ensuring efficient coordination with clients and adherence to deadlines. u2022 Provide leadership and mentorship to Audit Staff and Seniors, fostering growth and teamwork. u2022 Perform detailed reviews of engagement workpapers to maintain accuracy and compliance. u2022 Conduct research on accounting standards to address unique or complex scenarios. u2022 Collaborate with Audit Seniors, Staff, and Partners to ensure timely completion of all projects. u2022 Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley testing requirements and other regulatory standards. u2022 Develop strategies to enhance audit processes and improve overall client satisfaction. u2022 Maintain strong communication with clients, addressing concerns and providing updates throughout the audit process.
