Inside Sales Representative

Description The Account Representative communicates directly with customers to win the scheduling of in-home demonstrations of our products, and make direct-to-consumer sales of products. This position sources and follows up on sales and customer leads from various sources, working with various scripts and product information provided. Must develop a strong product knowledge, and communicate effectively and confidently with customers, installers, and operations. u2022 Coordinates across multiple business functions and departments to schedule demonstration and installation appointments nationwide. u2022 Uses a computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. u2022 Completes various periodic and recurrent career development and skills training sessions. u2022 Focuses on qualifying inbound and outbound inquiries and converting them to appointments. u2022 Sources new sales opportunities through lead follow-up. u2022 Manages prospects through all stages of the appointment setting cycle. u2022 Have a sales mentality, be able to overcome objections.
