Desktop Support Analyst

Description We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Syracuse, New York. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical assistance to ensure seamless operation across desktop, server, and network systems. You will play a key part in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure while delivering top-notch service to users. Responsibilities: u2022 Administer and maintain desktop systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. u2022 Oversee server and network operations, troubleshooting issues and implementing necessary solutions. u2022 Manage and resolve support requests through a ticketing system, ensuring timely communication with users. u2022 Utilize desktop imaging tools to deploy and maintain workstations efficiently. u2022 Ensure proper functionality of desktop hardware and software, including Windows 10 systems. u2022 Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements to IT services. u2022 Offer guidance and training to users on Office 365 products and other applications. u2022 Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and solutions for future reference. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop, server, and network administration. u2022 Strong knowledge of desktop hardware, imaging, and Windows 10 operating systems. u2022 Solid understanding of server and network administration practices. u2022 Effective communication skills to interact with users and team members. u2022 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
