Description We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Supervisor to join our team in Larchmont, New York. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to members and guests while managing front desk operations and staff. Responsibilities: u2022 Provide a welcoming and personalized experience for members and guests, ensuring their needs are met with care and discretion. u2022 Address inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, following up to guarantee satisfaction. u2022 Supervise, train, and evaluate front desk and night staff, including seasonal team members, to maintain high service standards. u2022 Lead a service-driven team, promoting a collaborative and customer-focused culture. u2022 Manage the daily operations of the front desk, including reservations, check-ins, concierge services, and financial transactions. u2022 Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing front desk and lobby area. u2022 Implement and enforce front desk policies and procedures to align with the clubu2019s mission and standards. u2022 Ensure all communications with members are accurate, timely, and consistent with the organization's brand. u2022 Prepare daily event sheets, collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and member satisfaction. u2022 Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to staff, encouraging cross-training and skill development. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in customer service or front desk management, preferably in a hospitality or club setting. u2022 Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively. u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with members, guests, and staff. u2022 Proficiency in handling administrative tasks, including scheduling and managing reservations. u2022 Ability to handle financial transactions and maintain accurate records. u2022 Skilled in answering inbound calls and addressing inquiries professionally. u2022 Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining an organized and visually appealing workspace. u2022 Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
