Salary: $65 / Hour Speech-Language Pathologist (School-Based) u2013 Lancaster, CA Position Type: Full-Time Location: Lancaster, California Start Date: Immediate or as negotiated Setting: K-12 School Environment Starting Pay: $70/hour Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Lancaster, CA. The SLP will be responsible for the implementation of speech and language services to support studentsu2019 communication needs and academic success. Key Responsibilities: + Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals + Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings + Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress + Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Minimum Requirements: + Masteru2019s degree from an accredited school of Speech-Language Pathology + Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or eligibility + Current California licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist + One year of professional experience preferred (school-based experience a plus) + Current CPR certification (if applicable) + TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable) + Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulation) + Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age Why Join Us? + Supportive school environment + Competitive compensation starting at $70/hour + Opportunities for professional development Ready to make a difference in studentsu2019 lives?
