Project Manager

Description Our client is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join their team. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various programs and client projects aligned with organizational goals. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage both strategic initiatives and detailed project tasks. This is a 100% remote role with some annual travel to events. Hourly pay range is expected to be $25-$31/hr DOE and location. Responsibilities: u2022 Create and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables u2022 Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes u2022 Coordinate with staff, consultants, and volunteers to drive project objectives u2022 Organize and lead meetings, preparing agendas and documenting follow-ups u2022 Manage budgets for assigned programs and ensure financial accountability u2022 Develop and deliver reports, proposals, and other project-related documentation u2022 Manage several annual events we host both in person and on line u2022 Build and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders u2022 Occasionally travel to attend meetings and events as required u2022 Align project initiatives with organizational strategies and goals Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree is required u2022 At least 4 years of experience in administrative or program management roles, preferably in nonprofit or small organizations u2022 Minimum of 2 years of direct project management experience u2022 Proficiency in MS Office Suite u2022 Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat; familiarity with Photoshop preferred u2022 Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar) strongly preferred u2022 Customer service, sales, marketing, or event planning experience a plus u2022 Familiarity with healthcare and/or design industries desirable Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
