Description Robert Half is partnering with a nationwide company in the gaming industry seeking a Contracts Administrator / Legal Operations Coordinator to join their dynamic legal team. This is a fully remote position supporting the organizationu2019s in-house legal department with a focus on contracts administration, legal billing coordination, and general legal operations support. Candidates must reside in California Key Responsibilities + Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts throughout their lifecycle, including tracking renewals and maintaining organized contract databases. + Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel regarding legal billing matters, including invoice review and accrual tracking. + Support the legal operations function, including process improvement initiatives, vendor management, and department reporting. + Help ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain documentation within the companyu2019s contract management system. + Provide general administrative and project support to the legal and operations teams as needed.
