Your Responsibilities + Troubleshoot and repair equipment including injection molders, blow molders, fillers/cappers, labelers, case packers, conveyors, palletizers, and stretch wrappers. + Maintain auxiliary systems like chillers and air compressors. + Lead and train operators and mechanics on technical procedures. + Collaborate on continuous improvement projects and root cause analysis. + Create and upload SOPs to ensure machine reliability and performance. + Be available for on-call rotations to ensure uptime across the facility. What You Bring + 6+ years in a maintenance manufacturing environment. + 4+ years working with Krones, Husky, Sidel, or similar bottling/packaging equipment. + Strong skills in: + Electrical systems (480VAC & 24VDC) + VFDs, servo motors, PLCs, and industrial communication systems + Fabrication (cutting, welding u2013 MIG, TIG, stick) + Shop equipment (presses, grinders, mills, lathes, etc.) + Experience in bottling or aseptic environments preferred. Bonus Skills + 10+ years of maintenance experience. + Background in blow molding, injection molding, packaging, or beverage industries. Work Environment + Temple, TX facility operating 24/7. + Day shifts starting at 6 or 7 AM, Mondayu2013Friday (8u201310 hour shifts). + Climate-controlled, automated, and clean workspace. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $85280.00 - $104000.00/yr.
