Responsibilities for the Plant/Facility Maintenance: Clean and sanitize offices Take trash out around the building Painting when needed Some plumbing Spray, mow and water yard Small repairs Vacuum, mop and sweet Keep supplies stocked Grounds keeping Delivery of parts Handle some cleaning chemicals Machine maintenance Other duties as assigned Requirements for the Plant/Facility Maintenance: Must pass a drug test and a background check Reliable transportation Mechanical background Experience with cleaning and sanitizing required Communication skills Able to use power and hand tools Schedule, Pay and benefits for Plant/Facility Maintenance: Monday -Friday (Sometimes 1 weekend night a month) 8:00 am - 4:30 pm $20.13/hour Great health and dental insurance after 600 hours!! 401 K, 5% Match $2000 sign on bonus 5 day vacation pay as soon as at 90 day, 10 days vacation pay at 1 year, 15 days at 5 years!!
