Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform various maintenance tasks on plant equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical experience and hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing industrial machinery. Responsibilities + Perform routine maintenance on plant equipment. + Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in a timely manner. + Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of machinery. + Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair work performed. + Collaborate with other technicians and plant personnel to identify and resolve equipment issues. + Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks. Essential Skills + Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician. + Strong understanding of industrial machinery and mechanical systems. + Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues efficiently. + Proficient in using hand and power tools. + Excellent problem-solving skills. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Technical certification or vocational training in industrial maintenance or a related field. + Experience with preventive maintenance programs. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
