Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Video & Podcast Producer / Editor to lead and support multimedia production across global teams for our financial client. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of video and podcast projects from concept to delivery, while ensuring high-quality content and streamlined workflows.This role will be 40 hours per week, hybrid onsite in Manhattan, 3 days per week, starting in November through June 2026.Responsibilities:- Collaborate with global teams to produce and co-produce multimedia projects.- Lead pre-production meetings to understand business needs, define deliverables, assess timelines, and develop production plans.- Manage in-person and virtual recordings, including setup of studio equipment (camera, lighting, teleprompter) and use of platforms like Riverside, OpenReel, and Zoom.- Apply best practices for recording quality, including test recordings for broadcasts and events.- Edit content using Adobe Premiere and AI-based applications for text-driven video production.- Oversee post-production to ensure deliverables meet expectations, track performance, and support future project planning.- Maintain and manage global production pipelines using tools like Jira.- Provide project reporting, including metrics, summaries, and key themes to support marketing narratives.- Coordinate with freelancers and internal teams to ensure accuracy, meet deadlines, and maintain clear communication.- Juggle multiple independent projects while monitoring team assignments for global consistency.- Compile quarterly reports and summaries for FR Multimedia, including performance data from Brightcove, YouTube, Hootsuite, and Transistor.- Deliver monthly updates for SF videos and podcasts.- Respond to ad hoc metrics requests for campaigns and special projects.- Stay current with emerging tools and technologies to improve efficiency and streamline production.- Participate in bi-monthly meetings with recording platform vendors to explore new capabilities.Qualifications:- 7+ years experience.- Proven experience in video and podcast production, editing, and project management.- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and familiarity with virtual recording platforms.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Ability to communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in multimedia this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information.
