Behavioral Health Counselor/Therapist

The Heritage of Hannah Neil (HHN), is located on more than 22 beautiful acres in Columbus. This safe, welcoming and warm environment provides children a place to heal and grow emotionally, behaviorally and academically. Our day services program serves kids in grades Kindergarten -- 5th and are tailored to their specific behavioral health needs. Our outpatient program provides therapy for children and adolescents up to age 18.We currently have an opening for a Therapist (LSW or LPC)What you'll do:- Plan for group therapy.- Provide therapy in group and individual sessions.- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.- Complete timely and comprehensive documentation into CareLogic, our EHR system.- Collaborate with clients, families, and other members of the interdisciplinary team members.- Ensure productivity standards are met.Requirements:- Licensure: LSW (Licensed Social Worker) or LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) OR a master's degree in psychology.- Experience working with children with behavioral challenges.- Knowledge of trauma informed care and solution-focused therapy.The work schedule could be either a 4 day work week (10 hour days) or a 5 day work week (8 hour days).These positions includes a great benefits package including - Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, 2 Medical Insurance options, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Aflac, Pet Insurance, monthly bonus opportunity, Employee Assistance Program, 401(k) with company match, and Tuition Reimbursement.
