The office is in the Biltmore area of Phoenix.What You'll Do:- Design and produce print marketing materials including flyers, brochures, and offering memorandums- Create and update site plans, aerial maps, and property layouts- Collaborate with brokers and the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and accuracy- Prepare files for print production and ensure deliverables meet quality standards- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining fast turnaround timesMust-Haves:- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign- Familiarity with commercial real estate marketing and visual standardsPlease apply with your resume and portfolio showcasing your print designwork, especially any commercial real estate samples.
