Key Responsibilities of the Barista:Makes and serves specialty coffee and tea beverages.Speaks and interacts with Members.Maintains a clean and sanitized workstation.Follows health and safety guidelines.Adheres to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items.Contributes to a positive team environment.Minimum Qualifications for the Barista:Experience not required but will train.Must have food handler's card.Other Qualifications:Must have a flexible schedule.
