Job Description Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform, including forms, workflows, business rules, and reporting. Manage and maintain the CMDB, ensuring all configuration items (CIs) are accurate, up-to-date, and properly linked. Develop and implement processes for CMDB data import, reconciliation, and integrity checks. Work with IT teams to define and enforce standards for CI classification, relationships, and lifecycle management. Support ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management) using ServiceNow. Generate reports and dashboards to provide visibility into IT assets, services, and overall health of the CMDB. Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve CMDB accuracy and ServiceNow efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology assets are tracked and aligned with business objectives. Strong understanding of CMDB principles, CI relationships, and lifecycle management. Experience with data integration tools, discovery, and reconciliation processes. Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT service management best practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a collaborative team environment.
