Job Description 1.u2003Maintain strict adherence to all company safety rules, regulations, procedures and practices 2.u2003Maintain consistent compliance with company policies and procedures as they relate to proper completion of departmental documentation (i.e., timecards, work orders, various logs) 3.u2003Maintain a neat, clean and professional appearance at all times. This applies to the individual as well as his/her truck, tools, and equipment as well as customer property 4.u2003Supervise and coordinate work activities for electrical mechanics, apprentices and helpers 5.u2003Discuss labor and material requirements with supervisor 6.u2003Evaluate work in progress to ensure electrical services performed are meeting schedule, budget, and quality standards 7.u2003Diagnosis causes of equipment breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to equipment and associated components; primary area of expertise is systems requiring average technical skills on electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures 8.u2003Perform preventive maintenance and inspection tasks as defined in each maintenance agreement maintaining strict adherence to all budget objectives; obtain clearly defined directives from the Service Coordinator on the specific tasks to be performed; assist the Coordinator in scheduling inspections based on specific project logistics (i.e., man-power, location, material pick up) 9.u2003Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as duties demand. Unscheduled overtime may be required, as necessary
