JOB REQUIREMENTS: Current Employees: If you are currently employed atany of the Universities of Wisconsin, log in to Jobs Hub to applythrough the internal application process.Job Category:AcademicStaffEmployment Type:RegularJob Profile:Research Program CoordinatorJobSummary: The Research Program Coordinator works under the supervision ofthe REACH (Real-world Evidence to Advance Community Health) Team Lead,community partners, and other stakeholders to conduct recruitment,biospecimen collection and management of participants for researchstudies at the School of Medicine and Public Health. The ResearchProgram Coordinator supports all study compliance requirements,including assisting with protocol and survey development, managing IRBand biosafety submissions. The incumbent ensures that all data andspecimen releases follow institutional, state and US regulations. TheResearch Program Coordinator will work with the Biobank OperationsManager to procure biospecimen from research participants, trackspecimens, prepare biospecimen shipments and implement quality controlprotocols in the biobank. This position will also work with the Schoolof Medicine and Public Health Communications team to develop anddistribute internal communications, press releases, and participantengagement materials. The ideal candidate will be adaptable to rapidchanges, detail-oriented, able to organize, present, and convey problemsor issues and propose possible solutions; have a strong sense ofurgency, collaborate effectively amongst a team, manage and adapt tochanging priorities, communicate well in both written and verbal media,coordinate and track project-related tasks, and apply prior clinicalresearch experience to this program. Must provide a valid driver'slicense. Employees may use their own transportation or receive approvalfor University Car Fleet usage.
