They also work in partnership with inventory managers in getting product from receiving areas to store displays. Are you looking for a positive work environment and a team atmosphere?u00a0Donu2019t wait, apply now Job Duties: + u00a0 u00a0General direction given by Buyers or Visual Merchandising Manager/Supervisor, determine the mostu00a0 e ffective and efficient means of displaying product that is consistent with Bachman's image, merchandising u00a0 within budget guidelines.u00a0 + Create inspiring displays to support the season and the merchandise + To ensure Bachman's stores always look their best and thatu00a0displays and presentations are being maintained.u00a0 + Plan, prepare, install, remerchandise, restock and organize store displays and work on special projects. + Advise store management of routine needs of the store such as needing cleaning, light bulb changes, areas needing additional merchandising work, etc. + Advise Manager -Visual Merchandising of store needs and problems affecting the appearance of the store or product presentation. + Help maintain an orderly and clean display work and storage area.u00a0 + Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: + u00a0 u00a0 Minimum of two years Visual Merchandising experience desired. + u00b7u00a0u00a0 Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate many projects at one time + u00b7u00a0u00a0 Ability to effectively communicate (verbally and written) + u00b7u00a0u00a0 Must be able to read, write and perform basic math skills + u00b7u00a0u00a0 Ability to work unsupervised, independently and demonstrates strong leadership skills + u00b7u00a0u00a0 Ability to prioritize daily schedule and identify those areas of store that need the most attention + u00b7u00a0u00a0 Ability to lift 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally + u00b7u00a0u00a0 Ability to work well with others + u00b7u00a0u00a0 Present themselves professionally to co-workers and customers + u00b7u00a0 u00a0Ability to perform manual skills, such asu00a0painting, sewing, ladder climbing, etc. Schedule: + u00a0 u00a0 Monday u2013 Friday 40u00a0hours per week Compensation: $17.46/hr - $18.50/hru00a0 Bachman's is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
