Kitting/Assembly Worker

Express Employment of La Crosse is assisting a local southside company in the recruitment of qualified candidates for their Kitting/Assembly department. This company specializes in the distribution of crafting supplies throughout the US. Wage & Hours: 1st Shift: Mon-Thurs, 7:30am-4:30pm & Fri, 7:30am-1:30pm, $16.50/hour Kitting and assembly responsibilities include, but not limited to: Accurately pull parts and assemble needlework kits using a pre-determined spec sheet Accurately weigh, package & label small clamshells of beads Accurately assemble and package other items as needed Assist others as needed General housekeeping Other duties as assigned Kitting and assembly requirements include: HSD or GED preferred, but not required Ability to sit, stand, twist, bend, squat, reach, push, pull, and lift 20-25lbs throughout shift Basic mathematical knowledge and understanding Possess a positive attitude and willingness to help others Must be able to stay on task and work both independently and as a team Previous experience is not required Apply online today at
