Pallet Builder

Our client, a world-class, international engineering and manufacturing company located in Northeast San Antonio is looking for Pallet Builder for a long term, temp-to-hire opportunity in their Fabric Department. Pay is $15.00 an hourly. Duties for the Pallet Builder position include: Manually inspect and separate pallets based on quality Replace any defective components on the pallet using supplied tools. These tools include Pneumatic Nail gun, reciprocating saws, and angle grinders. Restock lumber and keep workstation clean and organized throughout the day Memorize pallet specifications and ensure all pallets processed meet that specification Learn, understand, and adhere to all safety policies and procedures for the depot as well as for your role Requirements for the Pallet Builder position are: Motivated, on time, good attendance, attention to detail Ability to lift and move heavy pallets repeatedly Standing for long periods Full range of motion required for reaching, bending, and lifting Work is performed in a fast-paced production environment Work is labor intensive and requires repetitive lifting.
