Packing/Inspecting - $18.00/hr Location: Milwaukie This manufacturing team is looking for reliable individuals who can handle physical work while keeping quality top of mind. Job Description:As a Packing/Inspecting team member, you’ll be responsible for packaging finished goods, stacking pallets, and inspecting products for defects to ensure only top-quality parts leave the facility. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and adherence to company standards for safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities for the job include: Package finished goods into cartons on pallets or directly onto pallets as directed. Stack products carefully, following predetermined patterns for each product. Inspect parts for defects, including plugged or drained holes, flash, short shots, warped parts, or contamination such as oil or grease. Do not stack or pack defective parts; immediately notify a supervisor if discrepancies are found. Maintain a clean and orderly workstation throughout the shift. Experience Required: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift. Experience in packaging, warehouse, or manufacturing environments preferred. Must be able to stand for the duration of a 12-hour shift. Skills Needed: Strong attention to detail for product inspection. Reliability and ability to follow directions. Ability to maintain consistent pace in a physically demanding environment. Commitment to workplace cleanliness and safety standards. Work Schedule: Monday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM(One-hour lunch included each day.)
