We’re hiring a 3rd Shift Production Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. 🔧 Job Description & Responsibilities You’ll be responsible for safe and efficient operation, cleaning, and maintenance of various production and quality equipment, including: Molding Presses - Operation, safety, and cleaning procedures Dryers, Grinders, Thermolators, and Material Mixers - Operation and maintenance Scales - Operation and cleaning for accurate product weighing Molds - Proper handling, cleaning, and safety during setup and use Quality Control - Take quality measurements and perform visual inspections ISO Procedures - Follow established processes and work instructions SPC Techniques - Job-specific statistical process control Precision Tools - Use and clean calipers, micrometers, height gages, and plug gages ⚙️ Safety & Workplace Expectations Follow all safety and operational protocols Know the location and shutdown procedures for utilities in emergency situations Be familiar with first aid kits, fire extinguishers, eyewash stations, and storm shelter locations Employees are empowered to stop production if non-conforming conditions occur 💰 Pay & Shift 3rd Shift $11.00 per hour 🚀 Apply Today!
