Built for multiple uses, our family of engines is powering the next generation of rockets for commercial, civil, national security, and human spaceflight.As part of a small, passionate and accomplished team of experts, you will be responsible for printed circuit board layout for rocket engine controller electronics. Passion for our mission and vision is requiredResponsibilities:Collaborate closely with Avionics hardware circuit designers and test engineers to transform electronic circuit schematics into physical PCB layoutsProduce prototype PCB layouts used for laboratory testingProduce PCB layouts for test equipmentProduce flight quality PCB layoutsBuild CAD libraries associated with schematics and PCB layoutsPerform routing studies to validate critical layout topologiesQualifications:5+ years experience performing printed circuit board layoutProficient with Altium (preferred) printed circuit layout tools.Experience laying out complex dense multi-layer mixed signal designsExperience laying out analog discrete circuitsExperience implementing multiple power zones in a single designStrong understanding of standard methodologies for signal integrity and power integrityFundamental knowledge of electronic circuitsFundamental knowledge of mechanical design, as necessary to implement mechanical features into printed circuit layoutsStrong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle projects with customers.Excellence in collaborating and communicating with cross-functional teamsDesired:Experience executing Class 3 printed circuit layoutsCadence Allegro/ORCAD experienceKnowledge of electronicsUnderstanding of analog and digital electronics development environmentSchematic entry abilityExperience with launch vehicle or other aerospace Avionics development and verificationDegree in an engineering fieldCompensation Range for:WA applicants is $126,898.00-$177,656.85Other site ranges may differCulture StatementDon't meet all desired requirements?
