Description Robert Half Legal Permanent Placement is looking for a skilled Associate Attorney to join our client's team in Boston. This position offers an excellent opportunity to manage complex litigation cases and collaborate with clients on a variety of legal matters. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in civil litigation and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services in the insurance defense space. This is a hybrid opportunity 2-3 days a week work from home. Responsibilities: u2022 Conduct client consultations to understand their legal needs and provide strategic advice. u2022 Analyze and interpret medical records to support case development and reporting. u2022 Prepare and draft legal motions, briefs, and other necessary documents. u2022 Lead and participate in depositions to gather critical information for cases. u2022 Engage in motion practice, presenting arguments effectively to advance case objectives. u2022 Collaborate with legal partners and other professionals to achieve favorable outcomes. u2022 Handle discovery processes, including gathering evidence and managing case documentation. u2022 Plan for potential trials and support trial preparations as cases progress. u2022 Stay informed on legal trends and developments to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
