If you are looking for a rewarding career, we encourage you to apply to join our team at AWARE.Responsibilities:Provide supervision of assigned staff within AWARE Group Homes.Supervise and apply treatment plans of those living in the group home.Provide therapeutic assistance with individual, group, and family situations as needed.Provide direct communication between shifts.Evaluate employee performance and make disciplinary recommendations.Excited to join our organization? AWARE intensive stabilization residential coordinators earn $65,000.00 per year.
