*Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** Join a collaborative team supporting the construction industry by preparing and assembling steel materials. This hands-on role involves operating various machinery to cut and prepare steel components for assembly. Training will be on the first shift for approximately 4–6 weeks, followed by a second shift with a $2/hour differential. Standard hours are 8-hour shifts, with frequent 9-hour days and flexibility for 10-hour shifts and occasional Saturday shifts. Overtime is paid for any hours over 8 per day, and all Saturday hours are considered overtime, with no more than two consecutive mandated Saturdays. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Washington, Missouri. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.25 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
