Operating at the intersection of leadership and hands-on sales expertise, you will construct the overall strategy for success and work closely with Account Executives in driving strategic sales growth and delivering exceptional results for our National & Regional chain customers.Duties include designing strategic plans to meet sales targets, developing and cultivating relationships with clients and evaluating costs to determine customer pricing and construct contract proposals. Managing and developing your team of Position Responsibilities:Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targetsLead, mentor, and inspire sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goalsFoster a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture within the teamBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutionsLead major client negotiations and ensure sustainable profitability and exceptional customer satisfactionUtilize data analytics to assess sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies for improvementDevelop and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metricsWork closely with marketing, procurement, and sales teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall company objectivesCollaborate with sales operations and finance teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and plansThe ideal candidate should possess:Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targetsUnderstanding of sales metrics and data-informed decision makingExcellent negotiation and communication skillsAbility to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organizationOrganizational and time-management skills
