Our conduct is guided by and grounded in the Bible, as reflected in our Statement of Faith below.What we are looking for:Prison Fellowship is seeking a Product Delivery Manager - Salesforce/Data Warehouse/BI to lead the strategic planning and execution of product and project delivery by aligning technology solutions with stakeholder business processes, ministry goals, organizational priorities, and strategic plan objectives. This role is pivotal to adding exponential value to the entire ministry.Expectations of this role:Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actionsMaintain sponsor/stakeholder-approved roadmaps (and Jira boards), whichaligns with the Prison Fellowship Strategic Plan and which outlines thecritical path and timelines for delivery of current and future Salesforce, Datawarehouse, and Business Intelligence projectsPartner with the IT Engineering division for them to define technicalsolutionsKeep Atlassian stack (JPD, Jira, Confluence), up-to-date, and accessible askey tools for reference, documentation, and trainingCreate product roadmaps and lead product strategy and priorityProvide weekly updates on project progress, system enhancements,maintenance activities, and troubleshootingAssess team capacity and resource availability to set stakeholderexpectations and adjust project timelines appropriately.Qualifications:10+ years of Salesforce/Salesforce Product Management experience3+ years Enterprise Data Warehousing/Integration and Business Intelligence5+ years collaborating with a team and distributing work in an Agile environmentBachelor's degree in relevant field Demonstrated successful implementation experience of complex IT systems in an enterprise Salesforce environmentDemonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and operational needs, and convert into PRDs and Jira work itemsExperience supporting business intelligenceExperience making product decisions and prioritization tradeoffsFamiliarity with Agile and Waterfall technology Advanced communication, planning, and organizational skillsThis is a remote/work from home position in the US with a 5% travel componentWhat we offer: At Prison Fellowship, our goal is to support the total well-being of all our employees.
