Summary/Objective:This employee position is primarily responsible for end-user IT technical support for corporate and remote office-users, addressing questions and remotely assisting end-users with IT related issues. The employee will provide support and maintenance for all company IT related hardware and software.Every Watermill Express employee is expected to perform their job in a professional manner to provide the best possible service to our customers. This includes following all policies, procedures, job duties and the companys Pledge of Conduct. The Pledge of Conduct includes conducting work honestly, fairly and with integrity.This is an hourly non-exempt position offered at $25-$30 DOEEssential Functions:Provide computer and software application support for corporate and remote office end-users.Provide telecom support for corporate office and remote offices.Support and maintain data backup systems.Provide Exchange server and end-user email support.Provide network support, for LAN, WAN and WLAN.Maintain and support all office computer equipment, corporate servers and network equipment.End-user support of Microsoft Office 365 applications.Cybersecurity support.Remote office user VPN support.Provide support for corporate mobile devices.Support and maintain company security surveillance systems.All other duties assigned.Regular and predictable attendance for required schedule.Follow safety guidelines and act in a safe mannerThis is NOT a remote position. Must be able to travel to and from our corporate location daily. Professional appearance: Good interpersonal skillsAbility to provide IT support in person, virtual and over the phone, professional demeanor, previous helpdesk experience strongly desiredStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to handle ever-changing job duties; be able to multi-task effectively; exercise patience and professionalism while working with end-users.The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.Experience with computer and IT related hardware troubleshooting and repairFamiliarity with Dell and HP desktop computers, laptops and servers.Familiarity with standard business computer related equipment.Working knowledge of common operating systems and software applications, primarily Microsoft Windows platform and Microsoft Office 365.Experience with support and maintenance of network systems and related equipment.Experience onboarding new usersExperience with Active DirectoryExperience with MS 365 tenant administrationExperience with cybersecurity support.Physical Requirements:Able to lift and carry commonly used office equipment.Education and Experience:2-4-year degree in Information Technology or related field or proven IT work experienceMinimum 1 year of IT support experienceIT related certifications highly desirableIf you meet the requirements outlined above and would like to work for a successful company, we encourage you to apply today!
