The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock audits, and ensuring efficient stock control practices. This role requires a strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Daily Duties:Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.Maintain proper stock levels and reorder materials as anize and maintain inventory storage areas.Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to optimize inventory control procedures.Utilize inventory management software to track and update inventory levels.Identify and report discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts.Assist in implementing inventory control measures to reduce loss and improve efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory-related issues promptly.Assist with product labeling, barcoding, and tagging as necessary.Perform regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accurate stock levels.Update inventory records in the database accurately and promptly.Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or low stock situations to the Inventory Manager.Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures and best anize and store inventory in designated areas following company standards.Prepare and process outgoing shipments, ensuring correct items and quantities are packed.Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.Attributes:21 years or older Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Team player with strong interpersonal skills.Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.Qualifications:Education:High School Diploma or equivalentExperience:Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory management1 year of cannabis experience preferred Skills:Lifting 25+ poundsData entryBasic mathProblem-SolvingStockingStanding for an entire shiftCompliance with state laws and regulations Job Type: Full-timeLocation: Onsite; Tempe, AZShift: VariesSalary: DOEWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and inclusive work environment.The chance to make a significant impact within a growing company.Benefits:Employee discountMedicalDental VisionHow to Apply:Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter outlining their qualifications and experience via the web portal
