Come join our efforts to become a highly recognized and respected builder of bourbon barrels and one of the industry’s most-desired places to work!What Will You Be Doing?Job DescriptionThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the milling equipment; this includes completing preventative maintenance tasks, assisting the operators with breakdowns and new installations as necessary.Additional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Perform regular maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, programmable logic controllers (PLC), and variable frequency drives (VFD)Ability to install, troubleshoot and maintain conduit wire, motors and electrical equipment on 240-volt, 3 phase and 440-volt systemsTroubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues with machinery, utilizing your strong mechanical troubleshooting skillsIdentify and resolve PLC-related problems, utilizing your PLC troubleshooting skillsConduct machine safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocolsCollaborate with other team members to develop and implement preventive maintenance programsAssist in the installation and commissioning of new equipmentMaintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment logsAdhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environmentWhat Can You Look Forward To?Job Highlights11 paid holidays and vacationFull benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, 401k employer match, tuition reimbursement, and moreWhat Are We Looking For?Qualifications/Requirements3+ years of prior Maintenance work experience requiredAbility to work 10-hour shift, Monday through Thursday, with overtime on Fridays as necessaryNights: 5:00pm-3:30amDemonstrated mechanical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair machinery issuesMust be able to read electric schematics and have knowledge of the National Electric CodeKnowledge of machine safety inspections and adherence to safety regulationsExperience working in a manufacturing environment, preferredAssociate's or technical degree, preferred#LI-KN1#LI-OnsiteUSD $24.36/Yr.USD $36.55/Yr.
