The Foundry Operator will be responsible for assisting with overall warehouse operations, including centrifugal casting functions, ingot production, machine operation, processing material, and maintaining inventory. This role is located in Kilgore, TXand will be fully on-site.Starting Pay: $19.50/hrShift Differential: $0.50Schedule: Monday - Thursday (2:45 PM - 12:45 AM)Pay Schedule: Bi-WeeklyFoundry Operator Responsibilities:Duties and responsibilities include (but not limited to) the following:Create and maintain a safe, organized, and clean working environmentPerform quality inspections, including visual and temperature checksPerform support activities, including tool change, reline tasks, etc.Assemble, rebuild, setup, maintain, and operate equipmentCranes, forklifts, jack hammers, and hand toolsOperate and handle melting / holding equipmentInspect inventory and product orders for accuracyReport product discrepancies to managementPerform all applicable SOP’s, JSA’s, and QAP’sHandle raw materials and plant scrapActively communicate with teammatesOther Operations tasks as assignedFoundry Operator Qualifications:To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
