We are looking for Account Executives who will play a critical role in helping small businesses as well as our company GROW!As an Inside Sales Representative at CapFront, you’ll connect with small business owners, understand their financing needs, and help them access customized funding solutions through our streamlined process.We’re looking for individuals who are coachable, confident on the phone, and hungry to succeed. If you have the drive to learn and the discipline to follow a proven sales process, we’ll teach you everything else.Make outbound calls to small business owners across the U.S.Present CapFront’s financing options and explain the value of our programsManage a full sales pipeline - from initial outreach to closing dealsMaintain accurate and organized records in our CRM systemWork collaboratively with team members and managers to hit daily and monthly goalsProvide excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationshipsStrong communication and people skillsHighly motivated with a strong work ethicCoachable and eager to learn sales skills in a fast-paced environmentAbility to manage multiple leads and stay organizedPrior sales, customer service, or call center experience is a plus, but not requiredMust be able to commute to our Long Island office (Melville)?
