This includes Windows 11 and Copilot+ PC solutions, device refresh projects, migration pilots, scenario evaluations, and customer workshops. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Solutions Specialist articulates the business impact of AI-integrated PCs, guides customers through readiness assessments, and partners across OEMs and sales teams to deliver successful proof-of-concept (POC) programs and strategic adoption initiativesLead readiness assessments, scenario evaluations, and migration pilots for Windows 11 and Copilot+ PCs.Collaborate with OEMs, partners, and internal teams to execute Copilot+ PC POCs and adoption strategies.Deliver customer demos, workshops, and guided assessments to accelerate technical decision-making.Provide actionable feedback on roadmap alignment and represent the voice of the customer.Drive innovative solutions to improve system efficiency, reliability, and adoption.Partner closely with cross-functional teams to meet business and technical objectives.
