Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations., What youâll do:, Position SummaryThe primary function of this role is to perform entry level facilities maintenance, primarily focusing on painting, drywall repair, and HVAC. This role will also assist in other areas, such as performing basic plumbing and electrical work and may support other industrial maintenance technicians throughout the site., Essential Functions⢠, , Schedules and carries out refreshing of office and manufacturing areas throughout the site based on availability and need. This refreshing is to include potential drywall repairs, trim/molding replacement, caulking, fixture adjustments and painting.⢠, , Repair or service heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency, such as by changing filters, cleaning ducts, and refilling non-toxic refrigerants.⢠, , Assemble devices received in kit form such as furniture and shelving units.⢠, , Periodic machine lubrication, coolant changes and chip removal per schedule.⢠, , Provides support and back up for other members of department as needed by leadership. ,
