CNC Programmer

Job Title: CNC Machinist / Programmer Location: Ronkonkoma, NY Pay: Up to $45/hour _based on experience_ Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer with a strong experience with HAAS controls, CNC mills and lathes, and CAD/CAM software. The ideal candidate will have worked at least 10 years in machining, programming, and part setup. + Program CNC machines using SolidWorks or Mastercam. + Operate and set up HAAS CNC mills and lathes. + Interpret and work from 3D models and technical drawings. + Perform manual and automated machining tasks, including graphite machining. + Set up parts accurately and efficiently for production runs. + Maintain high standards of precision and quality. + Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes. + Ensure safe and clean working conditions. Essential Skills + Minimum 10 years of CNC machining and programming experience. + Experience machining graphite materials + Proficient with HAAS CNC controls. + Skilled in SolidWorks and/or Mastercam. + Experience machining graphite materials. + Strong understanding of CNC mill and lathe operations. + Ability to read and interpret models and blueprints.
