Company: General Electric Pay Rate: $25-$30/hr Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm Location: 1 River Road, Schenectady, NY Position: Financial Account Analyst Role Summary / Purpose : Kelly Services is looking to grow its Wind Financial Project Specialist team This team manages cost and schedule mobilizations and demobilizations of labor and material for global projects related to a particular site, for indirect material and services. Responsibilities : u2022 Initiate and manage Estimate at Completion (EAC) for each project u2022 Update weekly with costs, Time & Expense & purchase order status and billing u2022 Lead weekly Estimate at Completion (EAC) calls; coordinate with project and site manager u2022 Actively participant in weekly project reviews u2022 Maintain current manpower plan and actuals u2022 Compile and/or manage project and budget related reports as requested, including, but not limited to budget submissions, commissioning deferral analysis, project accruals, actual vs estimate labor usage, inter-company billing, cost moves/transfers and labor cost reporting u2022 Manage the purchase order process for project execution through the Oracle purchasing system (i.e. labor, support services and indirect needs). To include entering and managing purchase requisitions, receiving on POs, coordinating PO amendments and increases, working with buyers and sourcing u2022 Reconcile, compile and submit project close-out forms and documentation; to include working with internal and external vendors to get invoices billed, closing purchase orders, reconciling invoices and updating EAC tool with actual expenditures from ledger u2022 Learn and maintain knowledge of GE systems: Isupplier, Oracle, CORA,Sales Force and PowerMax u2022 Grow knowledge of used applications: Microsoft Office, Word and Excel u2022 Ensure client expectations and service levels are being met u2022 Act as primary liaison with the Client, in absence of the Service Manager Requirements : u2022 Minimum 2-5 yearsu2019 experience in a financial, purchasing or sourcing based position with heavy Excel usage preferred u2022 Advanced proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and Word u2022 Experience in Perceptive, APSS, Oracle, Clear Orbit, IBS, Sales Force, Perceptive or PowerMax is a plus Desired Characteristics: u2022 Project & budget-oriented mindset u2022 Critical attention to detail u2022 Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work and communicate with all levels of staff u2022 Proven strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment u2022 Effective oral and written communication skills u2022 Must be self-motivated and take initiative u2022 Must have the ability to apply educated judgement in budget execution As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
