Youu2019ll be:_ -Identifying, evaluating, and implementing digital tools to optimize the Blades teamu2019s operations. -Utilizing data analytics and AI to enhance tool effectiveness and drive actionable insights. -Designing and managing KPIs to monitor team performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements. -Analyzing vendor invoicing processes, developing strategies for efficiency, and collaborating with vendors for seamless implementation. -Conducting financial analysis to support decision-making and ensuring compliance in financial reporting. -Working cross-functionally with other departments to align processes and tools with organizational goals. -Providing training and support to team members on new tools and processes. Staying updated on industry trends and proposing continuous improvement initiatives. _This job might be an outstanding fit if you:_ -Have a bacheloru2019s degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related fieldu2014or equivalent experience. (Masteru2019s degree preferred.) -Bring 3-5 years of experience in process improvement and digital tool implementation, with a strong background in financial analysis and vendor management. -Possess strong financial acumen and advanced computer skills, including data analytics tools and AI applications. -Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. -Thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team. _Preferred qualifications:_ -Certification in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean. -Experience with ERP systems and invoicing software. -Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in business processes. -Exceptional planning, organizational, and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment. -Proven customer service orientation and ability to manage time-sensitive issues. -Strong critical thinking skills and a proactive, self-starting attitude. _What happens next:_ Once you apply, youu2019ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
