In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our organization’s growth. You’ll partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, implement effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Partner with managers to define job requirements and create compelling job postings. Proactively source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and social media platforms. Screen, interview, and assess applicants to ensure a strong fit for open positions. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer acceptance. Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports. Develop and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for future roles. Represent the company brand at job fairs, networking events, and community outreach programs. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
