Customer Success Specialist

Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Deerfield Beach, Florida. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering customer satisfaction, managing sales operations, and supporting logistics processes. Responsibilities: u2022 Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, actively promoting the companyu2019s values and mission. u2022 Provide aftersales and warranty support while ensuring clear communication with stakeholders. u2022 Process and manage sales orders, including creating acknowledgements, pro-forma invoices, and maintaining accurate account details. u2022 Coordinate with production teams to obtain lead times, monitor open orders, and communicate delivery updates to customers. u2022 Record and address customer feedback, escalating complaints to relevant departments when necessary. u2022 Manage the warranty database, ensuring timely updates and accurate documentation. u2022 Support shipping processes by assisting with documentation, shipment organization, and providing coverage during warehouse staff absences. u2022 Collaborate with warehouse teams to maintain stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and ensure stock accuracy. u2022 Stay informed on product knowledge to better assist customers and internal teams Requirements u2022 Proficiency in CRM systems and software such as NetSuite. u2022 Experience with tools like ADP, Avaya CMS, or Epic Software. u2022 Strong communication skills to manage inbound calls and assist customers effectively. u2022 Familiarity with billing and benefit functions. u2022 Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Knowledge of shipping processes and documentation. u2022 Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate records. u2022 Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments to meet customer needs.
