Description We are looking for an experienced FP& A Manager to join our team in Tampa, Florida. This role is ideal for an individual with over 10 years of expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and management processes. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to strategic financial planning and optimize organizational resources. Responsibilities: u2022 Conduct detailed financial analyses to support decision-making and identify trends that impact business performance. u2022 Develop and manage annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. u2022 Implement and oversee auditing processes to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. u2022 Utilize data mining techniques and tools to extract actionable insights from financial data. u2022 Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports using platforms such as Power BI u2022 Coordinate and optimize budget processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. u2022 Monitor financial performance and recommend strategies for cost optimization and revenue growth. Requirements u202210+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. u2022 Advanced Excel and proficiency with Power BI required u2022 Strong knowledge of data mining techniques and their application in financial contexts. u2022 Demonstrated ability to manage annual budgets and optimize budgetary processes. u2022 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. u2022 Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage complex financial workflows.
