It is a passion ANB has for banking that makes the difference.u00a0ANB Bank hires individuals who provide excellent customer service and build meaningful relationships with our customers and within our communities.u00a0ANB is committed to rewarding our team members who strengthen our company and culture.u00a0ANB offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package for this position.Health & Wellness Benefits (Subject to Eligibility Requirements)u00a0- Minimum 4 Weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO)- 11 Paid Holidays- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insuranceu00a0- Health Savings (HSA), Flexible Spending (FSA), and dependent care spending accountsu00a0- Company provided Life, AD&D, and Disability Insurance with supplementation optionsu00a0- 401(k) plan with discretionary company match and profit sharingu00a0- Discretionary annual bonus and employee referral incentives- Employee Assistance Program (EAP)u00a0- Tuition Reimbursement Programu00a0- Spanish Communication Assistant Program IncentiveSummaryu00a0- Responsible for the coordination of leave of absence and benefit administration.u00a0Provides ongoing administrative support to the Human Resources Team.Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesu00a0- Assists the Human Resources Officer with the administration of leave of absence paperwork for FMLA and non-FMLA leave including: Family & Medical Leave FMLA), First Year Medical Leave (FYML), Colorado Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI), ADA Accommodations, and all internal leave polices.- Coordinate intake documentation for leave of absence paperwork and manage direct notifications to employee.- Manages leave of absence usage tracking, associated leave reporting and recordkeeping to personnel files.- Collaborate with Payroll and Human Resources Officer to ensure proper payment and benefit continuation for employees on leave.- Coordinates employees leave of absence with their short-term disability benefits including frequent interaction with employee and short-term disability carrier.- Identifies opportunities for leave of absence or accommodation support based on routine reporting.- Assists the Human Resources Officer with workers' compensation injury reporting and claims for the Company.- Assists the Human Resources Officer with the filing of the annual OSHA 300A report.- Assists Human Resources Officer in responding to OFCCP Desk Audits.- Responsible for assisting the Human Resources Officer with timely benefit enrollments and terminations.- Responsible for monthly invoicing and payment to all carriers including: Cigna, Delta Dental, VSP, Voya, and Wex, etc.- Reconciles and audits 401(k), FSA, and HSA deductions each pay period.- Assists the Human Resources Officer with developing and processing Annual Benefit Enrollment.- Communicates benefit enrollment information to new hires.- Assists the Human Resources Officer with annual non-discrim nation testing and compliance reporting.- Responds to internal and external human resources/benefit related inquires and provides assistance as appropriate.- Provides reporting utilizing the HRIS system and analyzes the data with the HR Director or Officer.- Participates in special projects as assigned by the Human Resources Team.- Provides ongoing administrative support to the Human Resources Team and may serve as a backup for out of office coverage department-wide.- Uploads all necessary information and ensures that employee files are compliant with federal, state, and local laws.- Maintains a current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, as well as knowledge and consistent compliance with other banking regulations and Bank policies and procedures related to the position.- Delivers quality of service as defined by department standards.- Maintains confidentiality as defined by department standards.- Supports the company's Mission, Vision, and Values.- Other duties may be assigned.Education and/or ExperienceHuman Resources Coordinator I- 1+ years related Human Resources experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.- Preferred previous experience in administering leave of absence, benefit administration, and/or reporting analysis.- Demonstrated skills in handling and maintaining confidential data and information.- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to complete VLOOKUPS, Macros, Conditional Formatting, and Filters required.u00a0Intermediate to advanced skills in other Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.u00a0Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.u00a0Human Resources Coordinator II- 2 - 3 years related Human Resources experience;
