It’s fitting that we are located at the pinnacle of Vermont! **We are looking for a dynamic Recreation Manager to oversee and deliver exceptional year-round activities at The Lodge & Club at Spruce Peak. From guiding kids’ programs to curating unique outdoor and wellness experiences for adults, you’ll play a key role in shaping the recreational heartbeat of our luxury mountain resort.** **What You’ll Do:** Design, implement, and lead engaging recreation programs for kids, families, and adults. Supervise and inspire recreation staff, ensuring safe, fun, and memorable experiences. Develop creative new programming while enhancing existing seasonal offerings. Partner with Spa, Wellness, and other resort teams to deliver seamless guest service. Provide hands-on leadership for indoor and outdoor activities in all seasons.
