*Job Title: Crane Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Crane Operator to join our team, operating a 40–60 ton fixed cab crane on various construction sites in Delaware City, DE. The ideal candidate will have experience working with mechanical contractors and hold a valid NCCCO certification. **Responsibilities** + Operate a 40–60 ton fixed cab crane to lift, move, and position materials and equipment. + Perform daily equipment inspections and ensure the crane is in safe working condition. + Collaborate closely with riggers, signal persons, and site supervisors to execute lifts safely and efficiently. + Interpret lift plans, load charts, and site layouts. + Maintain accurate records of crane operations and maintenance. + Adhere to all OSHA, company, and site-specific safety protocols. **Essential Skills** + Valid NCCCO certification for fixed cab crane operation. + Minimum 3 years of experience operating cranes in a construction environment. + Strong understanding of crane load charts and rigging techniques. + Ability to work in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments. + Excellent communication and teamwork skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Experience working with mechanical contractors or on mechanical construction projects. + Additional certifications in rigging or signaling. **Why Work Here?** Join a stable and reputable organization that is woman-owned, offering opportunities for overtime.
