Responsibilities: u2022 Manage a full caseload of auto accident personal injury cases with minimal supervision. u2022 Conduct depositions, draft motions, and represent clients in courtroom proceedings. u2022 Develop and execute effective negotiation strategies to maximize case outcomes. u2022 Collaborate with a tech-enabled operations team to streamline case management processes. u2022 Advocate for clients by telling their stories and preparing cases for trial. u2022 Work closely with leadership to contribute to the firmu2019s expansion and growth. u2022 Maintain high standards of organization and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Shape the firmu2019s future by bringing innovative ideas and trial expertise to the table. u2022 Utilize strong case management skills to ensure all aspects of litigation are handled efficiently. Requirements u2022 Must be licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing. u2022 A minimum of 5 years of experience managing auto accident personal injury cases; candidates with 3-4 years of experience may be considered. u2022 Demonstrated ability to independently handle a full litigation docket. u2022 Strong litigation skills, including depositions, motions, and courtroom advocacy. u2022 Excellent negotiation abilities to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. u2022 Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple cases and deadlines. u2022 Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain composure in high-stakes situations. u2022 A growth-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous development.
